Is it time to limit the number of new Costco memberships?

I get it—the $1.99 pizza slice is hard to pass up, and buying 6 gallons of Listerine at once is a cost-saver.

But Costco is now busier than a Dodgers postseason home game.

Could we have a parking lot driving test to get a membership card?

Or a minimum number of volunteer hours at the free sample stands?

How do we find only the genuine “Kirkland Signature” folks?
