In this week’s NoHo Nick:

  • 🏢 Costco apartments

  • 🍻 Oktoberfest

  • 🚴 New bike paths

  • 🥙 New Middle Eastern restaurants

Did you know that Chappel Roan also wrote a verse for Pink Pony Club about North Hollywood? It was removed before the song came out.

God, what have I done?

Turning on Lankershim

Where it cuts over Vineland, help me

I'm not having fun, when you don’t hold the wheel

Of your new Cybertruck, just off of…

Magnolia

Not quite past Tujunga

Down from Superba

Just west of Cahuenga

Down in North Hollywood

Five-way intersections

Never bring any good

Bring any good

🎉 Community shout-outs

“N.—I forgot to give you the other half of your birthday present! Enjoy the cookies in the meantime. Also, hey!!” - Megan (North Hollywood)
