Humans and chimps share 95% of the same DNA.
Chimpanzees are omnivores. They eat plants, fruits, nuts, and meat.
Chimps go bald as they age.
RIP to Jane Goodall, who discovered that chimps use tools to find food (just like us).
She dedicated her life to promoting conservation and improving our relationship with nature.

This affects 500k+ vehicles in California. CHP is offering drivers a 60-day grace period starting October 1. Citations will begin at $490. (LAist)
🚅 TAP-to-Exit Returns to NoHo Metro. Metro announced that it will soon restart the program at the North Hollywood station. Possible safety concerns prompted the agency to halt its implementation in April. (CBS LA)
🦅 Hawks Stolen from SoFi Stadium. Someone stole a utility vehicle during last week’s football game. Two hawks were inside. The birds are part of the stadium's falconry program that keeps seagulls away from the venue. (NBC LA)
