Here’s what’s happening:

⛳️ Woodland Hills Country Club to be redeveloped into 398 homes. The project includes 175 single-family homes, 126 rental apartments, and 97 affordable units. The golf course will cease operations. The clubhouse may be preserved as a community amenity. (Urbanize LA)

🏫 San Fernando Middle School is getting a new name. It’s consolidating with the SF Institute of Applied Media. The three name options are San Fernando Charter Academy, San Fernando Valley Charter, and San Fernando Legacy Charter. Voting is in January. (San Fernando Sun)
