🚇 Metro brings back Tap-to-Exit program. Riders must now tap their TAP cards on entry and exit at North Hollywood and Union Station. The program, which cut crime by 12% and loitering by 90%, was paused in July over fire safety concerns. Metro can now remotely open gates in emergencies. (San Fernando Sun)
