✈️ LAX rideshare fees to increase. Rideshare pickup fees are rising from $4 to $6, then to $12 at the curb once the SkyLink people mover opens this year. The hike aims to reduce congestion and encourage train usage. The fee will be nearly triple the national average. (KTLA)
🏗️ Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza to become housing development. The former Sears building will be demolished to make way for phase one of the site's redevelopment, with 551 total homes planned for sale across future phases. The project is expected to take six years. (ABC7)
