I ripped my pants this week.

And not like an “oopsie” rip.

More like an “uh oh” kind of rip.

I was walking down Lankershim Blvd. when it happened. I clenched my thighs and did an awkward shuffle.

I had to pass a few Warner Bros. production trucks and a camera crew. I’m not sure what they were filming.

But whatever it is, I hope I make it into the background of the final edit.

🗣️ Community shoutout: Shoutout to the San Fernando Valley's 2026 graduating classes. Burbank High School and John Burroughs’ graduation ceremonies were last week. More ceremonies are scheduled through June 11.

This week’s newsletter is sponsored by SOW Collective:

$5 for groups of six. RSVP here. Saturday, June 13, 10 AM to 1 PM at Reseda Backyard Farm.
