🎬 Food Hall and Microcinema Coming to Reseda Theatre. The 1948 Reseda Theatre is getting a second life after a long closure. A 15,860-square-foot food hall, beer garden, and two-screen cinema could take over the space. The developers plan to keep the original exterior and restore the marquee. No opening date announced.
