Here’s what’s happening:

🔮 (New) Witchy Community Space Coming to NoHo. A new community space for “modern witches, wild hearts, and wandering bards” is opening in the old Federal building in North Hollywood. Bakery, restaurant, and entertainment. Opening fall 2025.

🏗️ Valley Plaza Could Be Demolished. L.A. City Councilmember Adrin Nazarian wants to declare North Hollywood’s long-vacant Valley Plaza shopping center a public nuisance. The once-thriving site has become a hotspot for fires, squatting, and crime. If approved at the Aug. 19 hearing, the city could demolish the buildings and bill the owner. (LAist)
