I’m back!

Thanks to everyone who sent me birthday wishes while I was out last week.

I had a great time celebrating with friends (in and out of the Valley).

I went to dinner, played at the arcade, ate Caribbean-American food, and got sunburned in Santa Barbara.

🚀 Giveaway alert: I'm partnering with Astro Fuel, the Valley’s newest coffee roaster, to give away a coffee kit: a bag of coffee, a mug, and a sticker.

“Blast Off” is a rich, smoky medium blend (50/50 Colombian and Brazilian beans).

Astro Fuel was founded by Allen Alvarado and Aria Chablis King right here in the SFV, and they're building something worth paying attention to.

You’ll soon be able to buy their beans at Handy Market (Burbank) and other local shops.

🎟️ How to enter: Enter your email address here.

I'll pick a random winner on April 7 at 9 PM and email you.

Can't wait? Grab a bag of Blast Off. Use promo code NOHONICK to get 10% off your order.

Trivia

❓️ What’s older? The San Fernando Valley or the San Gabriel Valley?

Last week’s question: The Los Angeles International Airport code is LAX. What does the X stand for?

Answer: The X doesn’t stand for anything! It was added in 1947 as a placeholder when airports started using three-letter identifiers instead of two.

Thanks for reading! See you next week.
