🌍 California tries to bypass tariffs. The Port of LA is the busiest container port in the country. 🏈 The new LA Rams headquarters will be in the Valley. The LA Rams plan to build a new headquarters at Warner Center. The $10 billion project features housing, retail, parks, and entertainment venues. Plus practice fields, offices, and two live event spaces. The project will be completed in about ten years. (The Rams)

💸 Sales tax increased around the city. As of April 1, sales tax in LA County increased from 9.5% to 9.75%. Last year, voters approved Measure A to support homelessness services.
